The Carpigiani BG Italy model INST-21 is a floor standing 2 pot gelato/ice cream making machine. Each pot is managed by an electronic control panel which is designed to make operation as simple and automated as possible. An operator may select a different recipe for each pot and press start to begin. Each recipe has pre-set parameters that ensure the best result in terms of taste and texture.
